  • I am a 22 year old professional cyclist racing for the UCI Continental Team Canyon dhb p/b Bloor Homes
  • I have recently graduated from the University of Exeter with a Sport and Health Science (BSc) degree
Role at Duchy Coaching
  • I will be designing and individualising training plans for clients of all abilities, from sportive riders to elite level racers
  • I will be utilising the latest sport science research and techniques in order to ensure you are one step ahead of your competitors!
  • As well as a coach, I am also a mentor for those riders who are trying to make their way through the ranks and into the pro peloton- with almost 15 years of personal racing experience, I am in a position to guide my clients every step of the way
 Background
  • I started racing at the age of 7 and I have competed in the National Series at all youth levels and as a junior, on the road and track
  • I represented Great Britain at the Tour Alsace and the 2018 U23 UCI World Road Race Championships
  • I have been self-coached all my professional career, which has included UCI wins and top 10’s against some of the sports biggest names
  • My palmares includes the overall win at the Tour of Quanzhou Bay in China (2017), 2nd in the King Of Mountains at the Tour De Yorkshire (2018), Top 20 overall and a 9th on the Queen Stage at OVO Energy Tour Of Britain (2018)
